Production Update

There’s good news and bad news here. The good news is that the book is now completed! It’s been proofed and compiled and has been sent off to the printers.

The bad news, unfortunately, is that due to delays from a series of illnesses in the team here, and now unforeseen delays to printing, it is becoming increasingly unlikely we can have the books to you by Christmas.

We are really, really disappointed in this, and can only offer our apologies for being likely to miss this deadline. There is a slim chance we might get UK books out by Christmas, but we aren’t able to commit to this. We’re doing everything we can to get you the books as quickly as possible, but we aren’t willing to sacrifice quality or triple-checking everything to do so. We’re very sorry for the delay.

However, to ensure you can get reading and playing ASAP, PDFs of the book WILL be available in the first or second week of December. We should have a printed proof within a couple of weeks, which we want to pour over to find any spelling mistakes or layout issues that might have slipped through the net before we release the digital version.

As an additional thank you for your patience and understanding with the delays, we will offer a free digital copy of any extra content we release in the six months after the book delivers to all backers of the Kickstarter.
